Monsanto Sales Representative in KONYA, Turkey

We are currently looking for “ Sales Representative-Konya” for our RC Commercial organization with 5,5 months contract. The position will be located Konya and will be reporting to District Sales Manager.

This position will responsible for all sales activities in Konya location;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach sales targets within his/her territory

  • Focus of daily activities to farmers: Create demand on farmers through periodic visits to farmers, build demonstrations on the farmers and follow-up of trials till harvesting, follow-up if the farmers buy our products after demonstration activity or not, send harvesting reports to sales district managers

  • Visit mainly potential farmers who are working with competitors to make them change preferences to Monsanto products

  • Visit also existing customers to demonstrate our new products

  • Attending regional key meetings such as field days, farmer meetings, coffee shop meetings and different customer relationship activities

  • Make technical advises to farmers

  • Follow-up of stock level of distributors & sub dealers

  • Follow-up of order to delivery process

  • Follow-up of customer complaints in line with TD activities

  • Track competitor activities

  • Visit cooperation & unions periodically

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agronomy or a related field,

  • Min 3 years of experience in sales roles, preferably selling agro products or in direct sales,

  • Strong sales skills,

  • Good negotiation skills,

  • Active driving license,

  • Able to work with autonomy and willing to travel intensively on business,

  • Good command in written and spoken English,

  • No military obligations for male candidates.
