The Business Analyst will work at the entity to deliver the initial switch over to E-Invoicing by implementing the transition plan and selling the solution to strategic vendors.
produce vendor reports from SAP,
monitor Taulia contact process for mass vendors,
directly contact strategic vendors with support of branch staff,
chase vendors to register on the Taulia Platform during project phase,
handover to Permanent SSC Team
potentially provide hypercare support during live operations for up to 6 months,
work with Procurement Team regarding commercial issues via project link
flexible to travel to the client locations if needed

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
P2P and Invoice Processing ideally with experience of E-Invoicing,
SAP P2P knowledge,
good communication skills,
able to work independently and adapt quickly to local environments.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- European languages desirable (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
