The Service Desk Agent resolves AP related queries in the system, assigns them to appropriate groups for further processing and answers the incoming phone call queries from the vendors and stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Turkish minimum B1,
open-minded with strong communication skills and positive attitude to work,
