Responsibilities:

The Service Desk Agent resolves AP related queries in the system, assigns them to appropriate groups for further processing and answers the incoming phone call queries from the vendors and stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Turkish minimum B1,

  • Turkish B2
