IBM Payroll Specialist in KRAKOW, Poland

Job Description

  • Ensures accurate processing of company’s payroll

  • Being responsible for monthly payroll calculations

  • Calculates and records both statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, paternity

  • Cooperates with ZUS, US

  • Deals with payroll queries

  • Assists in preparing the annual declarations PIT and insurance confirmation RMUA

  • Prepares payroll reports

  • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.

  • Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.

  • Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

  • Maintains positive, collaborative working relationships with others to ensure open communication & strong partnerships with all employees.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Master Degree in Accounting or similar discipline is preferred

2-5 years of experience in Polish payroll

Wide knowledge and understanding of current payroll legislation and statutory requirements

Developed verbal and written communications skills

Good knowledge of Ms Excel

Required accuracy, diligence and responsibility

English min. B2

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

English fluent
