IBM Recruitment Coordinator Specialist in KRAKOW, Poland
As a Recruitment Coordinator Specialist you will be playing the key role in coordination of the recruitment process on behalf of our Client. Your main responsibility will be daily cooperation and relationship management with Senior Client stakeholders, Candidates and IBM Recruitment Coordinators. As an experienced Coordinator, you will spend half of your time on operational work on most complex cases. With that on-the-job experience, the second half of your time will be spent on helping managing the Recruitment Coordinator team, improving the processes and assuring excellent service for the Client. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is passionate about recruitment administration and willing to grow into a managerial role.
Managing the daily responsibilities of a Recruitment Coordinator (50%) (most complex coordination tasks of: scheduling for Client Stakeholders on Executive to CEO level, organizing travel and reimbursement, background checks, cooperation with vendors, onboarding activities, offer packets, ATS maintenance, etc.)
Relationship management and acting as the main point of contact for Lead Recruiters, Managers and Candidates of a given Client to ensure best in class service is provided,
Interpreting data from the Internal Reporting tool, analyzing capacity and workload level in the team,
Workload allocation among the team,
Natural point of reference and knowledge sharing for Recruitment Coordinators on the team,
Coaching and motivating the team, best practice sharing,
Preparing and updating SOPs, flow charts, process maps and account manuals,
Designing reports to suggest analytical improvements, identifying trends,
Helping the Recruitment Team Lead in on-the-job root cause analysis for escalation handling,
Conducting trainings for new employees (Induction Trainings: general and on-the-job), cross-trainings, being cross trained on multiple accounts, acting as a stand-in for accounts needing support,
Leading initiatives for the Client (e.g. Innovations, process improvements),
Constant aim and proactivity to improve the processes and service,
Support the Recruitment Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiters and Client stakeholders in ad hoc tasks

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and advanced English,
RPO / Recruitment Administration experience is a must,
Proven record of going beyond the job description of a Recruitment Coordinator (on high-risk accounts preferably), exceeding SLAs and accuracy ratings (99%+), positive feedback from the client and Account Manager,
Ability to handle multiple jobs independently or with little supervision, while completing work in a timely and polite manner,
Outstanding problem-solving skills,
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills,
Ability to analyze and present data in a visual and written form, preparing reports based on internal Reporting tool (daily reporting tool) and data from various ATS tools,
Role model (of positive attitude, behavior, attendance, punctuality, accuracy, efficiency) aligned with the IBM 1-3-9 Purpose,
Flawless work ethics and professionalism,
10 % travel annually.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in scheduling
