Mercer Malaysia is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Kuala Lumpur – Q Sentral office: Senior Consultant – Reward & Survey In line with its growth goals the Senior Consultant will assist clients with a range of reward and talent challenges, to identify, win and deliver strategic and signature consulting projects. In addition to leading and delivering client engagements, this role will have direct accountability to identify business opportunities with prospective clients and grow revenues in line with the business’ strategic direction. Through acting as an advisor to some of the world’s largest and most renowned firms, the role will also contribute significantly to shaping the future of new and innovative reward solutions. Flexible work environment Modern and Smart Office Environment Benefit coverage includes Medical, Hospitalization, Optical and Dental Coverage Career development and training opportunities We will count on you to: Leverage reward expertise and thought leadership to deliver significant change for Mercer’s clients, independently leading on a wide range of reward projects and acting as a work stream lead on the most complex integrated change programmes. Lead the development of the client product solution, including co-ordination with relevant project teams and other relevant parties in Mercer to ensure effective delivery. Build trusted advisory relationships with client senior management, including HR Directors, CEOs and other relevant stakeholders. Guide and develop junior consultants and project team members to support professional development. Manage large survey and design projects and work streams of potentially larger client projects. May lead additional internal projects as needed and participates in business development by supporting project plan development and pricing. Act as a liaison between the Mercer project team and the client. Participate in meetings with clients, including fact-finding interviews and presentations. What you need to have: 7-8 years of Reward and Benefit development or consulting experience A deep track record delivering reward solutions to demanding global clients.
