The Digital Demand Group Program
Manager is responsible for the selection and execution of go to market programs
for Digital Demand Generation / Inside Sales team that are aligned to
SaaS/PaaS/IaaS in Southeast Asia region .
The role is responsible for the
overall selection, targeting and enablement for sales programs and the pipeline
generated as an outcome. A program manager holds the key to the productive use
of resources to drive Oracle pipeline by pointing them towards customers where
Oracle can win with the right message at the right time. Importantly the
role will use data insights and discipline to drive program targeting and
execution to achieve the dollar outcomes expected.
Overall regional program planningand execution, aligned to LOB and sales strategies.
Own, plan, designand execute demand generation campaigns 1-2 quarters ahead to drive Oracle SaaS/PaaS/IaaSrevenue streams across the assigned region
Acquisition, and finetuning ofaddressable market / segment targeting / messaging.
Integrated Business Developmentapproach Email/Webinar/Social Media/Outbound calling.
Enablement asset evaluation,co-development with LOB where needed, enablement organization.
Ongoing forecasting andoptimisation of program performance.
Enablement of for programexecution
Ensure FieldSales and Inside Sales are tightly integrated and briefed regularly on campaignactivities to ensure timely and effective follow-up
Real time performance optimizationadjustment based on reports of performing campaigns to sales leadership

First contact for prospects of Oracle business via inbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force.
Acts as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business via inbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.
8-12 years related experience. Able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, and knowledge of Oracle products and services. Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products. Professional demeanor. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
