Bank of America International Treasury Sales Officer in Laguna Niguel, California
Build a strong partnership with US GCB TSOs and, the in region (EMEA, LatAm, Asia) sales teams to drive overall revenue growth based on clients needs and expansion. Have a sense of accountability for overall international sales performance, GL reveneue and pipeline, for the US region they support.
Assist the US region they champion by growing international treasury revenue from U.S. based GCB clients.
Increase year over year global revenue from GCB clients by co-developing top strategic names by seeking opportunities to drive new outbound opportunities
Provide actionable client target lists, build prioritized pipeline and share with international regions
Assist TSO’s in multi-regional growth by influencing buy-in from local stakeholders to drive revenue and enhance overall client relationship
Provide transparency by developing / managing global routines to enabling international growth
Drive joint accountability and improve flow through by inspecting consistent pipeline to determine regional support required to move deals from mandated to closed to realize revenue
Understand and influence internal process improvements required to streamline client experience and time to revenue
Gain adoption and integration with client facing teams by sharing results of international efforts within local regions
Continually work to drive an international treasury mindset within GCB North America through actionable strategies and targeted communications
Partner to drive consistent internal and external communication to support international revenue growth from GCB
Drive local lunch and learns to communicate latest global products, regulatory changes, contacts
Road shows with global partners within US regions
GCB ITSO will be member of the local TSE standing leadership team and all hands calls to provide timely updates on GCB International items
Participate in client treasury management meetings and portfolio assessment meeting strategic client plan discussions to assist US TSOs and CM strategically uncover global opportunities and report strategic update to TSE

Sales driven individual who can work and thrive in a matrix organization. Team player as, this role does not mange their own portfolio rather, their success is based on the value add by leading global treasury solution conversations with the client team to drive treasury revenue opportunities.
Strong knowledge of global treasury, multi-regional treasury, trade, FX and liquidity
Strong Analytical skills required
Consultative sales approach and selling skills
CTP, CCM or CertICM certification
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Desire to learn and continually adapt in a complex global environment
Well-spoken, presentable and good communicator
Min 7 - 10 years work experience in banking environment, preferably within global treasury sales, client management or similar client-facing role
Overseas work experience in banking, finance
System knowledge: Navigator / GBS / GTS Locator / Microsoft Office
