Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Project Delivery Specialist in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You ll Do
Provide technology-enabled consulting services to clients. Assist in managing backup, security, and user help systems. Consult with users, management, clients, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. Participate in various client meetings with business users to understand the client s business requirements and provide technical design solutions to resolve complicated business needs. Coordinate with clients and off-shore teams to support the application and implementation of projects. Perform requirement-gathering and analysis, research root causes, and identify process suggestions to clients to improve the functional stability of the client s systems. Provide production support for batch enrollment processes and eligibility file feeds, create reports for business decision-making, perform data fixes, and execute batch processes using Control-M, Changeman, Fault Analyzer, File Manager, FMIMS, and System Display and Search Facility (SDSF). Schedule jobs, define trigger rules, configure FTP servers, and write dispatch reports using ServiceNow (SNOW) Job scheduling requests, SNOW FTP requests and SNOW Dispatch set up requests. Code, test and deploy application enhancements with Changeman, SDSF, Debug Tool, SNOW, and Control-M. Work on Change Requests for existing production defects and application enhancements. Create knowledge transition documents and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, CIS or a related field.
Two years of experience as a Project Delivery Specialist, as a Systems Analyst, as a Software Engineer, or in a related occupation.
Must have two years of experience with:
Participating in various client meetings with business users to understand the business requirements and providing technical design solutions to resolve complicated business needs;

80% travel required.
