Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Specialist, DC Human Capital, HR Transformation in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions and provide technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Assist clients in addressing their complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes. Implement enhancements to HR processes and structures that will improve HR function s alignment to business objectives. Provide services in support of clients systems and business processes. Contribute to continuous development of various methods and tools for the successful realization of clients goals. Understand the business problems and propose solutions using technical analysis, experience, and judgement. Implement customized human capital management solutions for clients migrating their legacy system to cloud based human capital management format Workday. Lead sessions with clients to present Workday functionalities and fundamentals. Gather business requirements, conducting fit/gap analyses between business requirements and Workday features, and presenting findings to clients. Analyze business processes compatibility for migrating from legacy systems to Workday. Implement solutions by utilizing Workday Delivered Template, Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Studio. Design and build customizations to Workday products to meet business needs by utilizing XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, Java, MVEL and C . Utilize and manipulate RaaS (Report as a Service) and SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) applications. Create and run test scenarios that cross-reference with tenant data to ensure quality of solutions. Create knowledge transfer documents for clients self-sufficiency and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), MIS or a related field.

  • One year experience in the position above, Consultant, or a related position.

  • Must have one year of experience with:

  • Leading sessions with clients to present Workday functionalities and fundamentals;

  • Gathering business requirements, conducting fit/gap analyses between business requirements and Workday features, and presenting findings to clients;

  • Analyzing business processes compatibility for migrating from legacy systems to Workday;

  • Implementing solutions by utilizing Workday Delivered Template, Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Studio;

  • Designing and building customizations to Workday products to meet business needs by utilizing XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, Java, MVEL and C ;

  • Utilizing and manipulating RaaS (Report as a Service) and SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) applications;

  • Creating and running test scenarios that cross-reference with tenant data to ensure quality of solutions;

  • 80% travel required.
