Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Specialist in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Assist clients in addressing their complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes. Implement enhancements to HR processes and structures that will improve HR function s alignment to business objectives. Provide services in support of client s systems and business processes. Contribute to continuous development of various methods and tools for the successful realization of client s goals. Understand the business problems and propose solutions using technical analysis, experience, and judgement. Function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions and provide technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Implement customized human capital management solutions for clients migrating their legacy system to cloud based human capital management format Workday. Develop reports and dashboards using Report Writer in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) to aid users with information insights for decision making. Participate in the full HR technology implementation lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, process design, fit-gap assessment, troubleshooting, use acceptance testing activities, and defining the support procedures. Create the functional specifications, test scripts, user training documents, and other system implementation documentations based on analysis of business requirements. Configure the Human Capital Management (HCM) system and test the end-to-end solutions based on Human Capital Management (HCM) requirements. Resolve post go-live issues, enhancement and change requests for workday HCM, Compensation, implementation, and Client Side experience. Test Human Capital Management (HCM) system, resolve defects, and retest the system on every upgrade. Implement Human Capital Management modules in Workday or PeopleSoft including Core HR, Compensation, and Payroll.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), CIS, MIS, or a related field.

  • One year of experience as a Solution Specialist, Software Engineer, or related occupation.

  • Must have one year of experience with:

  • Participating in the full HR technology implementation lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, process design, fit-gap assessment, troubleshooting, use acceptance testing activities, and defining the support procedures;

  • Creating the functional specifications, test scripts, user training documents, and other system implementation documentations based on analysis of business requirements;

  • Configuring the Human Capital Management (HCM) system and testing the end-to-end solutions based on Human Capital Management (HCM) requirements;

  • Resolving post go-live issues, enhancement and change requests for workday HCM, Compensation, implementation, and Client Side experience;

  • Testing Human Capital Management (HCM) system, resolving defects, and retesting the system on every upgrade;

  • 15% travel required.
