Hasbro Key Account Manager - Amazon in Le Bourget Du Lac, France

Hasbro SA, based in Delemont Switzerland, manufactures and sells Hasbro toy and games products around the world. Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA’s customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe Hasbro France SAS ('the Company')provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in France.

Main Purpose of role:

The purpose of this role is to assist the Regional Sales Services Manager – Amazon to provide focus for HET and HIT sales in relation to Amazon European entities and to help develop a strong JBP within an approved and aligned trade term framework:

  • To make recommendations and help develop eCommerce strategy and develop & execute approved JBP’s for Amazon

  • To execute the recommended sales service strategy for Hasbro SA with Amazon pure play

  • To support HETs to achieve set sales and profit targets approved by Hasbro SA for Amazon in local market, contributing the overall EU Amazon JBP

Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks:

  • Work with Regional Sales Services Manager - Amazon to create, implement and monitor Hasbro SA approved full year account business plans with Amazon in local market

  • Execute and monitor Hasbro SA approved eCommerce promotions and marketing campaigns within the business plan including promotional spend

  • Build an effective business partner relationship with local Amazon departments, focusing on maximising Amazon’s share of the local distributor eCommerce business, using the Amazon toolkit

  • To monitor stock availability and recommend initiative to address any issues to ensure maximum availability of our online offering

  • Work together with the Digital teams to ensure best in class activation across the Amazon platform

  • Execute Hasbro SA approved local JBP’s with Amazon team, in conjunction with Amazon Regional Manager

  • Work together with Regional Sales Service Manager – Amazon ('RSM') and Regional Digital Marketing Services Manager to ensure brilliant execution of the basics with Amazon and to develop a full year digital retail activation calendar

  • Work closely together with Digital Commerce Analyst to measure and evaluate digital retail activations to maximise HETs ROI

  • Partake in yearly discussion of aligned and optimized Amazon EU trade terms in close collaboration with RSM - Amazon for recommendation to HET

  • Effectively manage Hasbro SA approved promotional and marketing budgets to drive online sales growth

  • Aim for online category captaincy status with Amazon, to drive sustainable and profitable category growth

  • Recommend product portfolio based on Amazon needs – advise HET on future eCommerce range/packaging needs

  • Effective people management of direct reports (dep. on market)

Qualifications and experience Required:

  • Degree level education (or equivalent), within business, commerce, marketing or sales related fields

  • People management ability

  • Solid sales experience in the eCommerce channel

  • DESIRABLE: Spoken/written skills in other European languages is a bonus, but not essential
