Oracle Commercial Global Alliances Sales Manager in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

The Global Strategic Alliances Manager willbe responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and driving jointgo-to-market strategies with a portfolio of Advisory, Global, Regional SystemIntegration & Managed Service Provider partners. This role will focus onhelping Oracle Linux/Cloud Native/DevOps in achieving growth objectives acrossthe commercial sector.
This individual will be responsible for the education andevangelism of Oracle Linux, virtualization and DevOps solutions for insertioninto new or existing GSAM programs pursued and/or managed by the GSAM. It iscritical that this candidate understand the success factors that drive Integratorsand Service Providers technology decisions, possess a large base of Integratorand Service Provider business relationships and understand their bid and proposal processes.
Role & Responsibilities

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Develop and execute astrategic business plan that drives all aspects of partner portfolio resultsincluding executive interlocks, enablement, certification plans, solutiondevelopment, partner marketing, and demand generation.
- Responsible for developing sales in the Strategic Accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and contacting prospective Named Strategic Accounts by cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and customer appointments in order to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.

Required Skills and Experience
-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Candidates musthave 8-13 years sales experience sellingsoftware to and/or through Global Systems Integrators and Managed Service Providers.
-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Familiarity with the infrastructuretechnologies used by GSI and MSP partners, and a firm understanding of the SystemsIntegrator ecosystem
-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Experience negotiatingglobal strategic agreements and building successful go-to-market campaigns withAdvisory, Global, and Regional System Integration and Managed Service Providerfirms.
