Oracle Program Management – DbaaS in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania

Working closely with Supply Chain and Design Engineering teams, will be responsible for leading the supply chain product lifecycle activities. Concurrently will lead and participate in cross functional strategic projects and improvement initiatives.

Supports Product Lifecycle activities to include Bill of Material (BOM) management; New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; material transitions; and End of Life (EOL) management as demonstrated by key activities in each of these areas. Can manage through the pressure associated with mission critical programs; have detailed organization techniques to manage multiple, concurrent complex programs; and strong relationship building skills to enable effective influencing and results. Can deliver succinct, impactful and professional communication at all levels of the organization. Works collaboratively and builds reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners and customers. Enhances Oracles competitive advantage by anticipating customer needs and applies best practices and creative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity within the team Identifying and acts on opportunities for new or improved products, processes, or systems . Inspires other by leading by example and personally models positive values, inclusive behaviors, and work practices . Copes with complexity as shown by tactical decision making as demonstrated by the ability to make decisions willingly, even when facing uncertainty. Senior Strategic Cloud Modeling Analyst, Database as a Service

Oracle Corporation is making large global investments to deliver the most open, secure, reliable, and transformative Cloud platform to help its customers through their generational shift to the cloud. Database team is responsible for managing Cloud infrastructure to support fast growing cloud customer demand which includes Oracle Database Virtual Machine, BareMetal, Autonomous Data Warehouse, Autonomous Transaction Processing and Exadata Platform. Scope for the role includes demand projection/forecasting across database cloud products, day to day infrastructure operations as well as leading in scaling/process improvement efforts as the service and the number of features grow and scale.

As part of this unique team that works directly with engineering, product management, finance, product marketing, and sales and supply chain this role provides end to end visibility on cloud adoption/transition from on-premise to Oracle cloud. The role will require very strong verbal, analytics, documentation, presentation, and project management skills.

An ideal Candidate should be comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, enjoy working with data, must be a team player, willing to manage multiple priorities and able to deal with ambiguity effectively.

Must have qualifications for this position are:

  • 6-7 years Enterprise Software / Cloud customer experience

  • Experience in data mining, data processing, data modeling and data visualization (APEX, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

  • Experience in statistical modelling analysis using Python/R or similar tools.

  • Experience in writing SQL query and complex data processing/gathering/analysis including ETLs

  • Strong communication skills, ability to document requirements

  • Strong Analytics and data analysis skills

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Experience working with Product-Engineering, and Cloud Operations teams

  • Product/technical experience with Infrastructure, Cloud, Enterprise/B2B Businesses

  • BS in Data Analytics science / Engineering

Desirable qualifications for this position are (one or more):

  • Experience with statistical/mathematical predictive modeling

  • Experience with using, maintaining, and operating cloud services

  • Experience with machine learning / artificial intelligence
