Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

To meet the growing demand for OCI Services around the globe, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. If you have previous developer experience and can communicate highly technical concepts to newly employed Customer Support engineers, we’d like to speak with you. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Training team.

Here's your chance to work as a technical trainer on a newly formed team, with high visibility and significant customer impact. You will execute on training programs that include creating training material to be delivered to internal engineers and partner teams. You will have an opportunity to combine a passion for teaching, with enthusiasm for technology, to drive learning and establish positive customer relationships.

The successful candidate is an experienced technical trainer, preferably with hands-on experience, in-depth knowledge of enterprise/web-scale software architecture, and excellent communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, and deliver training programs by identifying learning objectives and selecting appropriate instructional methodologies and delivery methods.

  • Designs and updates Progress Checks, tests, and reviews. Designs exercises including practical scenarios and hands-on practical skills-based labs.

  • Writes instructional objectives. Outlines course structure. Selects instructional methods. Applies Principles of Adult Learning. Creates lesson plans, handouts, PowerPoint presentations and job aids in conjunction with vendor pre-created content.

  • Designs web-based Training as applicable

  • Creating Content and Delivering to customers On-Site as well remotely.

  • Handling Customers Q/A professionally

  • Ready to work in different time zone if required.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Creating the content as per the Service Operations.

  • Proven communication skills, both written and oral a must. Ability to be aware of other's reactions and adjust in relation to actions of others.

  • Proven teamwork skills and positive attitude.

  • Proven ability to explain complex product and system or network information to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated strong organization and time management skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines under time constraints, and in an environment with changing priorities and goals.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, network maintenance, computer, and office skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.

  • Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and make sound decisions.

  • Demonstrated understanding of Adult Learning Principles, classroom management and technical writing skills.
