Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 8 years of project management or related experience.

Brief Posting Description
Management of the AMER Region GPS Systems OCI Projects
Primary function of the role is to manage the Systems Implementation and Administration OCI projects at designated colocation data centers.
Work and interface with the Global Physical Security (GPS) teams, OCI, OIT, Finance / Procurement, other Oracle Line of Business (LoB), Systems integrators, and Colocations.
Knowledge of the Oracle Security, Legal, HR, Privacy standards and policies, local laws and regulations and sites policies and procedures and responsible for the standards, policies and procedures are being followed.
Develop the project objectives from OCI requirements; Determine project specifications; Create written technical specifications and Develop the Scope of Work, and Bid documents; and Create and Monitor project schedule with milestones and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Manage Systems Integrators to ensure GPS standards and procedures are followed and milestones are met on schedule.
Responsible to utilize existing software to document and track all aspects of each project. To include but not limited to proposal, purchase order, invoices, maintenance and service calls.
Responsible for research and develop solutions to assist with overcoming technical challenges during the project.
Responsible for the Commissioning and Quality Assurance of each project.
Participate in the Quarterly Business Review for the Systems Integrator.
There is an expectation of up to 25% travel.
Job Skills / Experience:
Ten (10) years experience Project / Program Management and having spent a minimum of 3 years experience within Security.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Lead the team providing clear direction and team expectations.
Strong organizational, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Security Access Control and Video Systems.
Able to manage multiple projects at one time.
Willingness to learn and take initiative and strive for continuous improvement.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Able to productively work with a diverse team.
