Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 2 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

As a Compliance Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing intelligence support for our audit & compliance teams as the team continues to raise the bar, bring on new customers, onboard new regions, and help our organization conform to new audit frameworks. Create the future with us!
You will be working closely with a dedicated team of audit and compliance professionals within the Datacenter Operations (DCO) space, across compliance pillars, and with our governing body in order to standardize the way we communicate, close gaps, and coordinate with our partners across the globe.
Your military experience will be critical in providing standard methodologies & support toward our government customers where enhanced knowledge of physical security and government requirements will be critical to deliver success.
To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator, proactive, and one who seeks toward standardization
The position will also support government frameworks such as U.S. Government FedRAMP, UKGOV, Australia GOV, along with country- or customer-specific frameworks such as FSI, ISMS, or MeitY – managing requirements, evidence, documentation, and working with internal service teams to resolve concerns and gaps.
Ability to pass US government background screening and citizenship requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
Project / program management experience
Audit / compliance experience preferred
Experience with Project Management Tools and Software (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
Familiarity with Cloud IT processes and Cloud IT infrastructure
Ability to prioritize, lead, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against adventurous schedules
Strong bias toward action, flexible, inventive, and able to operate effectively within a multifaceted, fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)
Positive demeanor, standout colleague, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently
