Location

This position will be based in our Lenexa KS office.

How will you make an impact?

This person will have a primary responsibility to provide critical sales analysis, insight and recommendations across all product lines of business and customer channels on a monthly basis to enable the organization to meet/exceed volume demand targets and drive increased forecast accuracy at the territory, regional and national level and increase visibility to key business drivers. This role will collaborate with Finance and IT in support and delivery of account level reporting, analytics and insights for consolidated monthly/quarterly business reviews and evaluation of sales force effectiveness. ​

What will you do?

Sales Reporting, Trending, and Analytics including:

  • SAP CRM reports

  • Monitors compliance of the sales organization with required standards for maintaining CRM data

  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales reporting for business reviews and performance management

  • Field level ad-hoc requests to diagnose sales performance gaps and provide recommendations

  • Develop insight-driven analytics which anticipates market trends and opportunities

  • Measure effectiveness of field sales initiatives

  • Incentive Compensation Plan creation and result reporting

  • Modeling and projecting post-launch quarterly sales goals

  • Ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness of quarterly sales payouts

  • Rewards and Recognition reporting for various performance metrics

  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Ranking Reports

  • Territory Sizing and Alignment

How will you get here?

Education

Bachelors Degree in business, computer science, or finance

Experience

  • Open to recent college graduates with relevant internship experience or someone with 1-2 year's of sales experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • SAP CRM platform experience, preferred

  • Experience with business intelligence and visual software systems like Power BI

  • Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner, with great flexibility and creativity

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exhibits a passion for improvement and professionalism
