Assist in coordinating and administering the asset capital planning, design, project delivery and construction of water resource projects and performance of tasks including:
Maintains databases and project tracking of Engineering and Technical Services projects. (20%)
Maintains files for Engineering and Technical Services projects. (20%)
Provides support to capital budgeting, general accounting and JDE support. (15%)
Composition and support of written correspondence in support of Engineering and Technical Services. (15%)
Provides administrative/technical/clerical support to Engineering Manager and Technical Services Manager. (15%)
Provides administrative support for Engineering and Technical Services including:
o Runs Time Entry Reports.
o Coordinates ordering of office supplies.
o Answers incoming phone calls for department and forwards to appropriate person.
o Does filing, copying, binding, mailing, mail distribution, etc.
o Processes incoming payments from Developers, Engineers, Contractors and Vendors. (15%)
Advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Proficiency in SAP desired
Three to five years experience.
Military Training/Skills/Experience in lieu of stated requirements may be considered.
