Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sales cycle.
As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate business needs. Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Technical Product Program Manager
North America Applications Solution Engineering
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical The Technical Product Program Manager, will drive the design, implementation, and evaluate technical product enablement programs for Oracle North America Applications (NAA). This role will provide substantial opportunity for both vision and execution as we further develop core product enablement strategy and execution. This role will partner closely with OSPA, leadership in NAA and Globally, Product Management, and other organizational partners to deliver best-in-class, comprehensive Level 2 and Level 3 product content and validations. The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high energy, collaborative leader who has experience working with all aspects of our Cloud application business, as well as managers and leaders at all levels. A proven track record of gaining sponsorship, building and executing programs in a progressive environment and a history of building community amongst leaders is critical. This individual will lead a team of ERP, CX and HCM product experts to deliver a highly complex set of assets, validations and LOB specific enablement requirements.
This role will report to the Vice President of Strategy and Program Management.
Be a trusted advisor / consultant to the business by building the necessary relationships to prepare and influence the education, experiences and exposure.
Architect and execute integrated Level 2 and Level 3 technical product enablement programs and processes to drive professional growth and accountability across the organization.
Design, build, and ensure delivery of focused development content and curriculum for SEs.
Support product learning and validation for new Solution Engineering ICs in the organization.
Consult with business leaders to understand their technical product development needs for input and the appropriate sponsorship, engagement and alignment.
Work closely with OSPA leadership and Product Development to drive standards, consistency, predictability and relevance to all L2 & L3 product training and validation.
Track and drive measures of success/impact such as: business results, ROI, enhanced talent pipeline, and new behaviors clearly demonstrated
Leverage multiple delivery methods (ILT, virtual ILT, video, online, social learning etc.) to ensure training is easy to consume and take into account limited employee capacity.
Partners with external vendors where appropriate to complete the offering.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Undergraduate Degree
8-10 years of experience working in Business Applications
Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory, Instructional Strategies and Learning Assessments
A thought leader in the enterprise application field with a natural curiosity for leveraging leading edge practices across multiple fields and industries
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into critical talent & workforce strategies/initiatives
Ability to establish strong presence with executives at all levels
Ability to execute on multiple complex projects with extensive detail coordination and program management
Ability to navigate horizontally in the organization and create collaborative, cross-functional solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
