Develop hypotheses, gather facts (through primary and secondary research, structured and unstructured interviews, surveys, etc.) and facilitate determination of the future-state customer and user experience in conjunction with an enabling business operating model design.
Responsible for the design and execution of multiple types of research and analysis (client, financial, operational), stakeholder interviews, definition of client and user personas, application of design thinking tenets and facilitation accelerated visioning sessions, development of storylines, determination of use cases, related requirements, stories and prototypes.
Responsibilities include the presentation of findings and recommendations, design of transformational program roadmaps and related business cases, blueprints and subsequent program realization in program leadership, business analyst and process design roles.
Apply knowledge of fundamental strategy consulting and design thinking methodologies, key technologies, engagement support tools and demonstrate strong knowledge of their competency area and/or industry.
Responsibilities also include the establishment of relationships within client organizations, regular client interaction, and effective project management.
