The Financial Analyst will be responsible for manufacturing and operating expenses, including headcount analysis and analyzing financial operating results as well as playing a key role in the annual operating plan and forecasts for the business unit, consisting of global manufacturing plants based in Logan, UT.

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly revenue and bookings reporting

  • Monitor manufacturing variances

  • Drive process improvements in financial operations functions worldwide

  • Customer and tax setup for customers

  • Responsible for preparing the monthly consolidated results and assist in monthly close/reporting requirements for global businesses as necessary

  • Report global SG&A expenses, including trending and variances to plan

  • Assist in the completion of monthly and quarterly business review packages

  • Special projects as determined by manager

  • Participate in process improvement projects, and demonstrates leadership skills by leading data analysis and winning consensus for project solution

  • Ensure accuracy of category reporting

Desired Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s Degree a plus

  • Entry level to 3 years experience in related Finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)/Essbase or strong aptitude for multi-dimensional financial reporting databases a plus

  • Solid communication skills & ability to present to senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Advanced Excel Skills

  • Career-driven, interested in advancement to further responsibilities

  • Desire to learn/increase business knowledge

  • Ability to handle multiple deliverables and responsibilities
