This is an exciting opportunity to be part of EMEA A&C organization and be opart of a NEW team to identify and build a robust working model with Management consulting companies and influencers whom are working with at the strategic level with our top customers

This role needs Strong alignemnt with Oracle Sales teams, Oracle Product management and leaership teams and the extended Oracle A&c Organization especially the CEI (SaaS ransformation) team.

The person who would presume that role should be a strong communicator whom would be able to influence and drive strategic discussions with management consulting firms and manage to get them closer to our business and products. The candidate should be a management consultant whom understands well how those comoanies work and have a a uique blend of innovation, Strategic thinking, Digital Tranformation and change management skills.

This role is vital for Oracle partner business as it covers all big strategic opportunities.

Job Description

  • Identify the top influencers / management consulting firms in the country , whom are working with our customers on building digitization strategies

  • Build win/win strong relationships with the influencers / management consulting firms at all levels

  • Build a robust working model with them

  • Build a strong governance between them and our sales and product teams

  • Enable them on our product portfolio

  • Facilitate alignment between them and Oracle sales management on win/win opportunities

  • Align effectively with sales team, Product management team, Consulting team, and extended A&C team

  • Widen Oracle’s relevance into X-LOB outcome driven sales opportunities

  • Develop industry-focused joint plans underpinned by Oracle Technology and joint plans / events /publications

  • Utilize the influencers effectively in the adoption and expansion of Oracle technologies

Skills / Experience

  • Understanding of Management consulting firms Operating Model, Services, Strategies, and processes

  • Good Understanding of Oracle SaaS / cloud Portfolio and emerging technology offerings including Block Chain, AI, IOT, Machine Learning, Adaptive Intelligence, etc.

  • Understand the technology evolution / Market trends

  • Understand CEOs Strategies and priorities and ability to design and Drive Digital transformation projects

  • Understand business consulting cycles

  • Understand Customer Adoption / Success cycle

  • Influential / Ability to influence big Organizations

  • Strong communication skills at all levels and Ability to work well with other organizations in a team environment.

  • Self runner whom can balance between long term and short term plans, and understands well the balance between strategic objectives and tactics

  • Understand the future and evolution of Management consulting firms – Disrupt the Disrupter

  • Programmatic, structured, well organized

  • Minimum of 4-5 years experience in Management and business consulting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure and ambiguity

  • Change management / Innovation skills

  • Flexibility in work schedule.

  • Strong performance and quality management skills

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
