As a Technical Business Analyst you will support existing clients with changes and upgrades to their ClearSight software and evolution / enhancement of the products they use. You will understand what the system can do for each client and be able to explain how we can improve / evolve their configuration to best support their needs.
Work with clients to understand any needs they have with their existing system which may include fixes, enhancements or upgrades
Work with the client to understand how they use the system, what improvements are required and what solutions may be appropriate
Analyse the current system set up to identify areas requiring improvements, including gap analysis and process mapping
Understand how the client uses the existing system and how we can improve / enhance / evolve / expand the modules they have QualificationsSkills & Experience
Proven experience of working as a business analyst on technical / system related projects
Previous experience of working within the Insurance industry or on an Insurance system is highly beneficial
Proven Oracle and/or SQL experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential
Client facing experience is essential
