As a key part of our IT Transformational Change Capability team, your role as Change Consultant will be to lead, support and embed IT changes across all areas of the business.

What’s the role?

This is a role that requires the confidence and enthusiasm to work in a complex and challenging work environment. Much will depend on your ability to lead and deliver sustainable IT-driven business change. That means developing and delivering change management interventions, and leading on relevant strategies for communications, training and stakeholder engagement. In practice, we’ll expect you to:

  • Build and manage change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard

  • Ensure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to IT projects

  • Contribute to developing agile mindsets and behaviours

We work highly collaboratively, taking pride in sharing knowledge and promoting best practice. Which means you’ll get the space to take responsibility and stretch your leadership skills, along with the right support to further your own training and development

What we need from you

You’ll thrive on working closely with a wide-ranging stakeholder group, informing and inspiring them to embrace opportunities for improvement. Beyond your experience in change management and technology, we’re keen to hear from men and women with as much of the following on their CV:

  • Ability to produce high quality business-facing activities to drive and sustain change

  • Proven experience of results-driven deliverables with a business value focus

  • Strong oral and written presentation skills

  • Some experience of change management for IT solutions
