Field Sales leaders, the Europe ERPM Partner Business Leader’s mission

is to align the European ERPM Partner landscape with the Oracle ERPM

sales strategy and tactics, creating a powerful engine of System

Integrators which can actively contribute to the short, mid and

longer-term ERPM business, drive successful implementations and create

further customer advocacy.


instrumental piece to Oracle’s journey to win new ERPM market share and

accelerate Oracle’s customer transition to the Cloud, the Europe ERPM

Partner Business Leader’s main objectives include:

  • Define regional ERPM Partner strategy in collaboration with Sales Leaders

  • Develop the A&C ERPM Partner Managers community across Europe

  • Be accountable for KPIs related to Partner engagement and performance

On the journey to success, the Europe ERPM Partner Business Leader is also accountable for the following elements:

  • Produce and maintain an ERPM focused partner map that is aligned with

Oracle regional GTM strategy and is jointly agreed upon by all


  • Identify coverage gaps and propose a plan to address those

  • Help partners defining and executing an ERPM business strategy that is meaningful to them and to Oracle

  • Foster Partners motivation and engagement to support Oracle ERPM business

  • Promote innovation (including cross pillars industry approach) in order to increase competitiveness

  • Drive ad hoc sales campaigns among the partner community (e.g. “Installed Base”, “ 1”, etc.)

  • Ensure partners are sufficiently skilled to perform qualitative implementations

  • Monitor open pipeline, then coach partners and A&C Partner Managers to increase win rates

  • Interlock partners with any Oracle resources that is critical to their business

  • Monitor and report Partners led implementation projects’ achievements

  • Enforce collaboration and “best practices” sharing among the community of ERPM Partner Managers

  • Organize and drive an ERPM Sales “Executive Partner Sponsorship” program across the region

  • Assist Oracle Europe ERPM Sales Management with any partner related topic

  • Articulate a joint strategy with OC to better engage with Partners; implement a governance model to track progress.

Main business success factors include:

  • Partner net contribution to the ERPM pipeline

  • ERPM Pipeline and closings Partners attach rate

  • Number of successfully implemented ERPM projects

  • Overall ERPM business results (ARR) driven with or from partners

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
