Position Overview

We have a fantastic graduate opening in London for which we require the successful candidate to work within a designated team that specialises in Financial and Professional Liability Insurance. The successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative support for London and Norwich based colleagues in servicing multi-national business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and sales support to the FinPro practice.

  • Clean, organise, analyse and manipulate data to support the sales forecasting process.

  • Analyse and manipulate the sales data to help determine sales effectiveness and outcomes.

  • Respond to and document internal inquiries and complete requests for information in a timely manner.

  • Handle routine license requests and transactions to support the sales process.

  • Utilise Microsoft Office functions to design basic PowerPoint presentations for sales campaigns.

  • Develop and implement client surveys, runs data reports, compile survey data and present survey data to Supervisor.


Skills & Experience

  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent

  • Preferably a good undertstanding surrounding the general principles of Insurance

  • Confident and articulate verbal and written communicator

  • Competent in the use of MS Office.
