Where you fit

Based in London, your role as iOS Developer will sit within a dynamic team, with a focus on some of our most demanding projects. Working closely and collaboratively with our backend engineering team, as well as our UX and Service designers.

What’s the role?

Your expertise and skills to design and build applications for the iOS platform are going to be vital here. You’ll get every chance to show us your understanding of and ambitions for user experience quality, as well as how you will ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Expect a high amount of autonomy, yet at the same time this is a role where you’ll enjoy close collaborate with a team to define, design, and deliver new features. As you manage wide-ranging duties, including maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization, and Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Naturally, we’ll also expect you to use your excellent communication skills to grow successful relationships with diverse stakeholders, interacting well with other teams and individuals to plan, coordinate and seek feedback.

Requirements:

What we need from you

We’re keen to talk to men and women with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with your strong experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc. You’ll also need as many of the following as possible on your CV:

  • Proficient with Swift, and Cocoa Touch.

  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

  • Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.

  • Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.

  • Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.

  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.

  • Experience with Flutter.
