The Opportunity As Knowledge Analyst, you will develop and facilitate knowledge-sharing across the business. You will capture and disseminate information to grow the knowledge assets of the group, maintain our knowledge management tools and help develop/ promote tools and processes which increase information flow and best practice sharing within the OWD practice. Oliver Wyman Digital is a growing practice with specialised offerings – it provides strategy advice to clients wanting to understand the impact and opportunities of digital disruption. As such, you will understand the competitive environment and the impacts of digital disruption on our client’s business models. You will support traditional consulting by responding to daily queries and requests for knowledge, but also support the technical delivery part of OWD. It’s expected that support needs will continue to evolve and will require flexibility in attitude and approach. Who We Are Looking for: You will have knowledge management / knowledge analyst / information management experience, ideally with experience from within the management consulting or professional services sector Experience of Digital is expected; an interest in Digital topics is a distinct advantage You will be experienced in managing and responding to knowledge and information requests from key stakeholders and internal clients, responding in a timely and accurate manner Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel is essential – additional knowledge of using SharePoint or Confluence is advantageous, but not essential You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a global virtual team and the desire to grow a long-term career in knowledge management At Oliver Wyman we do not unlawfully discriminate against anyone and we are particularly mindful of the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 which prohibits discrimination based on nine protected characteristics namely: age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation, sex, marriage and civil partnership and pregnancy and maternity.
