Marketing Executive - 12 month FTC
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Apply digital marketing techniques to effectively attract an audience utilising an appropriate mix of platforms. Apply methods to improve conversion through technology and process opportunities (A/B testing, segmentation, content targeting, etc.). Understand Key Performance Indicators to measure campaign and resource performance and identify efforts for improving engagement, acquisition, and/or retention. Set up smaller scale digital marketing campaigns using in-house and vendor-supplied campaign management tools. Participate in discussions with team members on business programs and initiatives. Work with external vendor partners. Participates in discussions with team members to understand the goals of business partners and to make recommendations on strategies to address those goals (via digital, social and mobile, and content marketing. Utilise knowledge of company products and business model to profile customers and build valuation model. Become familiar with functions performed by other marketing disciplines. Assist in developing digital research and intelligence programs to drive insights for marketing. Assist in developing components of digital marketing training to build capabilities across businesses and the enterprise. Perform other duties as assigned.

Accountable for implementing components of digital marketing strategy, content, media and related technologies through specific channels (search engine optimisation, websites, landing pages, display, mobile, social and/or email) that support organisational marketing objectives for entire online customer journey (engagement, acquisition, and/or retention of business). This job does not manage others This job works under Moderate Supervision: Incumbent performs standard and routine assignments independently to conclusion; unusual problems which may require exceptions to procedures or processes are referred to the supervisor.
Some digital marketing experience required. Working knowledge of digital media concepts required. Working knowledge of content marketing, CMS, SEO and social media required. Working knowledge of how to research and target wants/needs of various audiences. Working Knowledge: Understands basic principles and terminology in order to understand and solve simple problems.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field or equivalent experience preferred. Working Knowledge: Understands basic principles and terminology in order to understand and solve simple problems).
