Responsibilities:

  • Provide Project Governance through Risk & Opportunity Management,

Status Report, Gate Review, RAG Reporting, Scope Creep, Job Record

& Compliance

  • Portfolio Management & Optimisation to support achieving the strategic business goals - Backlog Management

  • Provide Operational Support by performing Utilisation Reporting, Forecast vs Actuals Reporting, Revenue Report

  • Cross department collaboration to improve Sales & Delivery processes

  • Establish capability infrastructure – Methodologies and Training

  • Proactively support Sales activities

  • Complete Month End Processes related to Job Levelling, Fixed Fee Approvals, Time Entries & Approvals

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge and application of Resource Management principles and procedures in professional services

  • Knowledge of Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools

  • Prior 4 Resource Management or Project Management experience (strongly preferred)

  • Application of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Bachelor degree

  • Demonstratedtrack record of implementing best-in-class resource managementmethodology using computer-based resource planning and schedulingsystems and tools.

  • Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills in managing complex deployments

  • Excellent inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills including project status reports

Limited travel may be required.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client

  • s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. A BS or BA in related fields. 3 - 6 years overall experience in functional or technical role.

As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment screening process. This will involve identity and employment verification, professional references, education verification and professional qualifications and memberships (if applicable).
