Where you fit in

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our IT Engineering team based in London. We are taking a unique approach to balancing human-centred and digital design with an agile technology capability to tackle complex problems in original ways.

What’s the role?

This is a role that’ll keep you on your toes, with a great variety of potential projects in the portfolio and many different areas to investigate. Using your experience as a React/Full Stack Developer, you’ll thrive on tackling complex problems in terms of people, industry and a range of scenarios.

To succeed, you’ll need to call on your strong ability to plan, manage and deliver a course of work, as well as being highly independent and flexible with your abilities to adapt to a fluid project landscape. As you’ll be working closely with product owners and designers, your strong product sense and design intuition will also be a big plus, along with your excellent communication skills.

What we need from you

Alongside your proven relevant experience for this role, we’re keen to talk to men and women with a Bachelor’s degree as well as many of the following on your CV:

  • Demonstrable proficiency in developing complex JavaScript applications.

  • More specifically, experience developing Node.js applications and/or client-side applications using, React, React Native, JQuery or similar frameworks.

  • Experience in JS testing framework Mocha/Jasmine/Protractor.

  • An understanding of database principles and generic SQL.

  • Experience of working with lean startup/agile development methodologies.

  • Lean Innovation, Agile and CI experience.

  • Good working knowledge working with APIs and integration.
