Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with clients on a daily basis to help them achieve their business objectives using digital optimisation techniques

  • Learn how to understand a client’s online business model, adapting a set of objectives defined by the consultant into a constantly evolving roadmap for testing and personalisation to directly impact the client’s KPIs and prove ROI

  • Capture all business requirements and translate into a test campaign brief, working closely with Campaign Services teams to ensure its delivery. Ensure the reporting framework for each managed campaign has been set up correctly to enable strategic insight to be driven from the campaign, including establishing key metrics for evaluation and reporting and analysing them on a regular basis through the campaign

  • Lead the analysis of strategic tests, providing clear business insight and actionable recommendations and helping clients put this information to use in a pragmatic, constructive way. Maintain a database of test insights across your clients to be a clear reference point for the business

  • Own the client strategic communication points, including weeky calls and quarterly business reviews. Be able to discuss any aspect of the clients roadmap or delivery as required on an ad-hoc basis
