As a member of the European

Cloud Operations team, you will be working for the Construction and Engineering

Global Business Unit providing consulting and implementation of our

SaaS-Solutions in Construction and Engineering. Recently acquired by Oracle, Aconex

is a well-established cloud hosted SaaS platform used worldwide throughout the

construction industry.

You provide solid consultation

for our clients. You will give clients best practice/established advice. You

will likely have some autonomy, within defined frameworks, although regular

supervision will be provided

You'll be responsible for

product implementation, process consulting, client relationship management,

promotion, and reporting.

Role:

  • Manage and realize projects together with sales and support

  • Configure the system after consultation and workshops with newclients to ensure the solution meets their requirements.

  • Roll out projects and facilitate workshops and trainings

  • Deliver document management, process management, cost managementand reporting solutions to projects and enterprise client in this sector.

  • You travel and spend 75% of your time engaged either on site orremotely with UK & Ireland customers.

  • Support other divisions to optimize our software solutions andservice processes

Product Implementation:

  • Work with clients to develop project specific configurations

  • Manage and assist all project participants with the

implementation of the product

  • Utilise comprehensive knowledge of the Aconex system to

troubleshoot and consult effectively

Process Consulting:

  • Combine knowledge of industry processes with expertise in Aconex

to provide best practice advice to clients

  • Facilitate workshops and process discussions with customers, both in groups and

on a one-to-one basis

  • Identify and analyse client and project needs to tailor solutions

  • Actively share knowledge of the Aconex system to all staff within

Aconex internally Specialty in Cost Management processes is required.

Client Relationship

Management/Customer Service:

  • Maintain active relationships with key clients

  • Facilitate meetings with project owners and key consultants to

drive ongoing improvements in the use of Aconex

  • Facilitate new feature discussions to help clients apply system upgrades to

their processes

  • Work closely with the Client Services, Sales and Account

Management teams nationally to drive and support change and adoption within key

client accounts

  • Respond to customer enquiries, system related queries and provide

technical support and case management of issues

  • Follow and execute customer service procedures

  • Proactively provide input into customer service strategy, procedures and

direction.

  • Gather feedback from customers about the Aconex system in order

to provide input into product development

Experience: Prior experience of

using Prism, Deltek Cobra or Procor e and advantage for CostManagement experience, or cost management within the

industry. Experience of Viewpoint for Projects , Asite , BusinessCollaborator or similar Document Management solutions also an

advantage.

Promotion:

  • Proactively identify opportunities and referrals for the Sales

team

  • Provide advice to clients of additional products/functionality

that will help them

Reporting:

  • Maintain all training and customer interaction records

  • Use administrative and relationship management tools to record

and manage daily activities, and report on a weekly and monthly basis

Essential experience:

  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Construction, Engineeringor Real Estate industry

  • You ideally worked as a project manager, Cost / CommercialManager, site manager, design coordinator, or document controller

  • You already have experience with SaaS solutions and projectmanagement platforms or with a Common Data Environment (CDE)

  • You are aware of Cost management and its requirements foreffective Project Controls

  • Outstanding analytical skills, a process-oriented way of thinkingand excellent communication and presentation skills

  • You always put the client first and contribute to our success withentrepreneurial and sales-oriented excellence

  • You are passionate about new technologies, can quickly adapt themand have fun to face and master various challenges

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
