The selected candidate will be responsible for selecting and managing the ongoing business relationships with network service providers and data center service providers to support OCI FastConnect on-ramps in EMEA and APAC. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing the connectivity market in each OCI region to ensure OCI customers have optional options with FastConnect partners. This individual will need to be detailed oriented and well organized as this individual will be responsible for managing the end to end onboarding process to ensure FastConnect partner are equipped to enable customers to OCI. This individual will interface with all layers of management internally and externally to Oracle. This includes C-Level management of these network service providers and data center service providers.
This individual should have experience in telecommunications, networking and have demonstrated either vendor or partner business management in the past. They should have experience in the telecommunications industry.
Prioritize network service providers and data center service providers for on-boarding as a FastConnect partner in OCI regions
Negotiate the FastConnect framework agreements with new partners
Present and communicate FastConnect partner strategy by region to internal stake holders
Manage FastConnect Partners (I.e. Lifecyle mgmt)
Establish and manage partner KPIs
Conduct business reviews
Conduct operational reviews
Help guide the partner within Oracle so they bring customers to OCI
Solid management skills
Organized and can track multiple partner activities

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Extensive experience of project management, product design or related experience needed.
