What’s the role?

As Programme Team Business Support, you’re going to be playing a pivotal role, helping to improve the operations of our world class Foundation. With excitingly diverse responsibilities, ranging from handling agreements with Shell Foundation Investees, to supporting how we manage relationships with restricted donors.

Complimenting the work of the Shell Foundation Communications Adviser, you’ll be calling on your strong planning and organisational skills, helping the Foundation find new processes and working methods that drive improvements. More specifically, you can expect to be:

  • Supervising the procurement and contracting of certain support services.

  • Managing information updates and process tracking on SF management information systems.

  • Developing required administrative procedures.

Requirements:

What we need from you

We’re keen to hear from men and women with experience of creating and managing contracts, and implementing working practices and processes. We’ll also expect you to have a basic understanding of the legal concepts underpinning contract law. Along with some experience of database administration and good Microsoft Excel skills.

Beyond that, it’s your personal skills that will make the difference. You’ll excel at adapting your working style to suit a range of people, ensuring their different needs are met. You’ll thrive as part of a team, and supporting colleagues, yet be equally comfortable nurturing relationships with legal advisors and external donors.
