Marsh is currently recruiting a Senior Client Executive – Energy in London. This position is for a recognized subject matter expert in Advisory who manages large projects or processes and independently handles large and complex accounts. He or she provides advice based on a deep understanding of the client's business priorities, suggests innovative solutions for complex client needs and presents to clients, engages in senior-level client interactions. He or She will serve as the primary point of content for difficult needs. What can you expect? • Provides support to help clients coordinate solutions, manage accounts, obtain advice and administer plans • Ensures customer questions and issues are answered correctly and efficiently by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs • Resolves and oversees customer issues surrounding consulting, information, and software services, solutions and products • Identifies, develops, provides and advises on specific solutions/product categories and related risk management, service requirements, broking plans, insurance product lines, and/or insurance carriers that will meet client needs • Maintains, cultivates and nurtures client relationships to identify client needs, including emerging products and market conditions impacting coverage • Analyses and recommends solutions to client problems What is in it for you? • Good work life balance with a competitive salary • Comprehensive benefits programs including: excellent pension contributions, private health insurance, tuition assistance, pension, employee assistance program, career mobility, employee network groups, volunteer opportunities, and other programs • 26 days’ holiday with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days per year We will count on you to: • Act as a lead advisory & independently oversee and manage medium/large or complex accounts and brings the entire team together to formulate the procedure and go to market strategy • Works to maintain a near complete understanding of the clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to provide advice accordingly to successfully serve clients • Utilizes expert risk expertise and knowledge of industry and insurance market place to review clients’ exposures and loss experience and develop solutions for complex clients’ needs, including recommending additional products and services as solutions • Develops, presents, and oversees the execution of renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives across all zones where product, industry or account criteria dictate • Presents to prospective clients, identifies the need for new products, develops/suggests innovative solutions to client and client team members to gain new clients and projects • Builds and maintains relationships with clients, and ensures that their complex risk management needs are appropriately met • Coordinates/Oversees the production of client deliverables including monitoring delivery and invoicing and delivering the final placement to the client to ensure the quality of materials delivered to clients • Serves as a leader within the Company and maintains an in depth knowledge of changing risk and insurance market conditions • Possesses an in-depth knowledge of changing insurance market conditions to contribute to the firm’s body of knowledge within product line through active internal communication • Partners with Placement to receive, negotiate and evaluate quotes from carriers and presents the evaluations to clients What you need to have: • Licensed • Recognised subject matter expert • Manages large projects and processes • Minimal oversight from manager • Communication with executive leadership • Coaches, reviews and delegates work to member of the team • Influence others within and outside of the job function regarding explanation of facts, practices, approach and procedures • Implement strategic goals • Develops and implements new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results • Significantly improves on existing processes and practices About Marsh Marsh is the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser.
