Senior Enablement Lead, Consulting Sales
As a member of the Oracle | NetSuite Customer Success Enablement organisation, the Sales Enablement Lead is responsible for leading Enablement initiatives for our Consulting Practice.
The Sales Enablement Lead assists in the development of learning events, activities, and solutions covering various delivery methods. This position will lead the delivery of training including facilitating classroom learning events (in person and virtual), and guiding participants through structured learning activities.
In this role, you will lead the analysis, design, and execution of various training projects and initiatives related to the onboarding and ongoing development of NetSuite’s Global Consulting Sales Teams.
This position is responsible for partnering with the NetSuite Consulting Sales organisation to identify and advocate specific enablement needs for the teams to the broader Enablement organisation, such as creating sales-specific onboarding programs. As the Enablement Lead for the NetSuite Consulting Sales, you will develop an understanding of their specific responsibilities and functions while developing industry knowledge to better identify requirements and create training activities for Consulting Sales. Additionally, the Sales Enablement Lead will work with newly hired members of the Consulting Sales teams to acclimate them to the NetSuite environment, business processes, product, and systems, as well as soft skill development such as presentations. This position will assist in the ongoing development of the new hire program and associated materials.
Finally, you will be in a unique position to contribute to the growth and development of overall Consulting Enablement programs. You will help develop the NetSuite Consulting Sales organisation and have a direct impact on the success of the practice. The position requires a strong, hands-on leader with robust sales enablement skills.
Develop online, live and interactive on demand training programs to help build critical skill levels that will allow the NetSuite Solution Principals to grow win rates, create transformational deals and improve customer satisfaction
Develop highly effective sales-related training content that will drive a successful learning transfer spanning product, skills, tools and processes
Reduce ramp time (to revenue) through the execution of consulting sales enablement programs and initiatives
Design, create and deliver impactful and scalable training and communications in a clear, consumable & consistent way
Design and implement programs which improve sales competence confidence, conversations of sales professionals
Serve as an advocate for the sales organisation, making sure the sales team have what they need, when they need it and in a format that works for them
Drive the use of metrics to assess the effectiveness of the enablement programs
Stay on top of trends and share industry best practices on enablement tools and processes
Additional responsibilities and preferred qualifications include:
3-5 years working for an enterprise software company
4-5 years prior sales/consulting sales enablement experience a must, instructional design experience a plus
Experienced facilitator with a proven track record of driving engagement of training participants
Must have a fundamental understanding and working knowledge of sales processes and execution
Experience building effective field sales on-boarding and sales training programs
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas
Ability to influence others without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams
A talent for bringing out the best in others, and helping them learn, grow, and succeed
Skilled in giving actionable feedback in a constructive, effective way
Experience with eLearning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work comfortably and effectively with multiple levels of management
Work effectively and cross-functionally across the organisation; earning trust and building relationships throughout
EMEA regional experience and perspective a plus
Flexibility to work with colleagues across NetSuite's international office in North America, Asia, Japan and Europe
Self-motivated and independent with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude
Strong team player with the ability to organise, prioritise, and manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously in a global environment

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client
- s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Has subject matter knowledge of relevant implementation responsibility. Has database, core applications and web technology knowledge. Has specific experience in implementing Oracle solutions and in systems integrations.
Job duties are varied and complex that need independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 5-7 year overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.
