Senior Principal Consultant
The Senior Consultant – User Adoption specialty position is to
provide support to the NetSuite Adoption Services Practice in the design,
development, implementation, ongoing improvement and delivery of Transformation
and Organizational Change Management initiatives. This position, which is
located within the NetSuite Global Business Unit will work across multiple
teams delivering services within our EMEA region.
Serve as the delivery lead for user adoptioninitiatives for NetSuite clients of all sizes
Collaborate with NetSuite clients to definelong-term vision, goals and strategies for enabling change within theirorganization
Develop and execute user adoption and changemanagement strategies to successfully facilitate the transformation from“current state” to “desired state”
Conduct organizational needs assessments,stakeholder analysis, and document business processes and systems
Design and deliver robust communications andstakeholder engagement plans including identification and definition ofmethods and channels in order to drive change within the clientorganization
Simplify difficult situations, models andissues to create executable actions
Partner with client leadership to ensurecontinued support for the change initiative and engagement
Manage project execution from start-to-finishand drive team efforts to deliver according to plan (scope, quality andtime)
Manage numerous project deliverables across multipleareas of client engagements
Serve as a functional and subject matter expertto other consultants both on client engagements and within the company
Support the development of the user adoption practiceby providing thought leadership and hands-on creation for newmethodologies, tools, and templates
Bachelor’sdegree, preferably in Organization Psychology, Organization Development, ManagementInformation Systems or Business Administration.
Master’sdegree or post graduate coursework preferred.
3 years of experience in executing ERP or large-scaleinitiatives including but not limited to organizational change, businessprocess management, and systems implementations/conversions.
Experience working on initiatives for complex, globalorganizations.
Grounding in at least one widely used change managementmethodology or framework and an ability to be flexible and adapt to newmethodologies.
Access to a wide range of user adoption tools andtemplates.
Project and change management skills in scoping,designing and delivering business and IT transformational activities.
Experience working with a Manager and colleagues inother countries/regions is helpful.
Experiencewith software in a SaaS environment is helpful.

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
