We are searching

for an accomplished, energetic and collaborative Senior Product Manager

/ Product Manager. Part of the Oracle

Maxymiser product team, you will help build the best possible personalisation

and optimisation and personalisation platform.

The ideal candidate

has experience in developing world-class products that use machine learning to

optimize experiences on web & mobile and have a keen eye for intuitive UX

design. Knowledge of and a passion for the rapidly evolving optimisation and personalisation

space will give you bonus points.


  • End-to-end product management across the fulllifecycle – ideation, definition, delivery and driving product adoption.

  • Analyse data to define, drive & prioritise productoptimisation and KPIs

  • Prioritise and define scope (MVP) to delivervalue in small increments as quickly as possible to validate assumptions andimprove learnings, working in a cross functional team tocontinuously deliver value to our customers.

  • Produce high quality product documentation andproduct training to support internal stakeholders (sales etc) and customers/partners

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders


  • Several years of hands-on product managementexperience.

  • Passion for building the right product andmonitoring metrics to ensure impact has been delivered.

  • Hands on A/B/n or multivariate testingexperience.

  • Comfortable working in an agile technical teamthat deals with ambiguity every day

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and otherproduct management tools

  • Proficient command of the English language

  • Good presentation skills, able to present 1:1 tocustomers

  • Ability to travel globally to meet customers

  • A get-it-done mindset

  • Team player

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
