We are actively recruiting a Unified Communications Engineer to work within our EMEA Enterprise Networking Services Team . Based in our London office, this opportunity will offer you the freedom to develop your skills and use your initiative as part of a highly-skilled team. The successful candidate will have worked in a large enterprise organisation supporting operational requirements based on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager platform. If successful you will be joining a team of 6 working on supporting the EMEA region which includes 3 Cisco clusters (including a mega cluster) over 130 sites and 25000 users Skills & Experience Excellent customer service skills Demonstrable communication and people skills, with an ability, capacity and skill to perceive, access and manage the emotions of one's self, or others, and or groups Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of IT staff as well as other departments on issues of varying complexity; good judgment and flexibility in response Lead or contribute to the technical delivery of projects, that include Design, configuration and installation of technical solutions that meet business expectations Create and maintain project related documentation, ensuring that accurate information is always available to other colleagues Develop knowledge in a specific technology area, to become a trusted advisor in that field Provide mentoring, support and leadership to other teams and individuals within the organisation CCNP-Collaboration (experience) Operational, design, configuration requirements CUCM/CUC Version 10.X with full unified messaging Session Manager Edition V 11.X Cisco Unified Computing System (C-Class) Cisco Unified Border Element Knowledge of common voice protocols SIP Trunks (including interpreting log files)/E1/BRI/Analog connectivity Cisco Business Edition 6KS and M Cisco Unified Communications Manager/Unity Express The following would be considered advantageous: Cisco Unified Call Centre Express versions 10.X with Scripting and CAD/FINESSE/IPPA Cisco Packaged Contact Centre Enterprise 10.X with CRM and Finesse integration Cisco Unified Intelligence Centre Cisco integration with MSFT Integration with Right Fax Call Logging technologies - TIGER PRISM Call recording technologies - NICE ARC Operator Consoles Italian, Spanish, French R074337-en R074337
