Syndicate Operations Associate - 6 month FTC
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Travelers Syndicate Management and Syndicate 5000 provide highly specialised insurance solutions for clients throughout the world and in a wide variety of industry sectors. We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Syndicate Operations team in London to help provide a high standard of operational support to our Underwriters and other areas of the business.
Ideally you will have some previous Underwriting Operations experience to help you support our Underwriters with their renewal portfolio and collaborate with catastrophe risk modelling and other departments, ensuring administrative tasks are accurately completed.
As an Operations Associate your duties will be to:
Complete Front Sheets in preparation for Risk Entry and preparation of documentation for entry by our offshore teams.
Assist with the completion of statutory and regulatory internal and external reports
Help manage the team inbox.
Support the delivery of training to the Offshore team and support the completion of any updates required.
Respond to queries from offshore operations in a timely fashion.
Produce Debit and Credit Notes, Schedules and Insurance Documents.
Process endorsements in Underwriting System and Aggregate management System.

• Be educated to GCSE level standard or equivalent.
• Preferably have previous experience in the insurance industry and be studying towards your Certificate CII.
