You will be joining a dynamic team covering insurance business across the board. In London there is a team of 17 Marsh employees including 9 in a broking capacity including Client Executives, Associate Client Executives and Client Representatives In addition to managing the existing book of business, you will also be responsible to grow it where the focus will be on agro business, construction and technology companies. Multiple medical, dental, and vision plans with choices to fit all needs and budgets Work from home 1 day per week Benefits coverage starting Day 1 We will count on you to: Review client/prospect exposure loss experience and current coverage, and analyze the risk to determine the product/service requirements. Communicate client needs and binding instructions to Client Representatives; Implement and maintain a quality post-sales service plan, including ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents; Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients; Conduct stewardship meetings with client participation; Generate new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the business plan; Responsible for growth of assigned book of business, plus specific retention goals relating to the number of accounts serviced and revenue; Develop a working relationship with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities; Participate in professional development activities/courses; What you need to have: 5 years+ commercial insurance experience. A RIBO license Possess a solid understanding of basic property/casualty insurance principals and risk management concepts. Be detail-oriented with good computer skills with proficiency in email, word processing and spreadsheet software, as well as working knowledge of presentation software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be results oriented with a strong client service focus and understanding of the ever changing market The ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
