IT Manager External Relations
No. of Positions:
As the External Relations IT Manager, you will be an experienced practitioner who will create, drive and deliver a strategic roadmap of technologies, tools and platforms that enable Shell to positively impact and effectively manage our interactions with the communities and wider societies in which we work. This includes the platforms that provide positive personalized experiences to our audiences through our web and social presence, CRM and reporting capabilities. You will perform a key role with visibility and interactions with senior stakeholders across the Shell organization to shape high-value opportunities to help realise our strategic goals.
More specific duties include:
Shaping and translating a business vision into an IT strategy and programme of work required that will contribute to achieving target business outcomes
Developing and shaping IT responses on topics such as Content Strategy, Brand Transformation and Data & Analytics
Delivering IT Strategies in collaboration with the External Relations Centre of Excellence Vice Presidents and their teams
Managing our interactions with external stakeholders and the social impact of our business operations, and workflow management capabilities that enable us to produce best in class digital assets in support of our Brand management and media relations.
Close collaboration with others to ensure Shell operates in an aligned and integrated way

In addition to significant experience as an IT Manager, we desire the following skills:
Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Web & Brand Management technologies
Experience managing senior stakeholder engagement and communications
Highly credible, able to quickly build trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills, prioritizing multiple deadlines and priorities
Resilience, courage and the willingness to challenge and manage business expectations
