And right now we’re looking for an engaging QA Engineer, Commerce Cloud to share in our success and contribute their piece to our diverse culture. The QA Engineer, Commerce Cloud is a expert in the quality and testing of enterprise eCommerce platforms and will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Analyze the requirements prepared by the project team

  • Write and execute test cases and automations

  • Set up and execute load/performance tests

  • Implement test tools and automation frameworks

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the site meets performance and scalability requirements

  • Conduct troubleshooting, problem triage, and root cause analysis

  • Analyze the impact of new solutions/enhancements and run appropriate regression testing

  • Support the customer during UAT phase

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 2-5 years of experience in software development and/or QA with enterprise eCommerce applications, specifically Salesforce Commerce Cloud

  • Experience with both agile and waterfall projects

  • Experience with quality assurance practices and tools (including requirements traceability, automated testing tools, defect tracking)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
