This position sits in the Enabling Areas (EA) Learning team, within the Talent Development Center of Excellence (COE). In close partnership with clients, the EA Learning team plans and provides growth and learning experiences for Deloitte professionals working internally across Deloitte s major infrastructure groups.

Pertinent to this role, the EA Learning team also builds and manages Deloitte s firm-wide portfolio of compliance programs, taken by 100k professionals. Areas of compliance include anti-corruption, anti-harassment, confidentiality, ethics, independence. This portfolio of programs is 100% asynchronous eLearning.

Compliance requirements rapidly change in our complex, digital, and global landscape, and Deloitte professionals expect learning to be quick, engaging, and on the go. In this role, you will join a team that is on a strategic journey to transform the mandatory learning portfolio into a modern best-in-class form while meeting and balancing the unique legal and regulatory specifications of the Deloitte US firm.

The ideal candidate is strengthened by analysis, eLearning design, managing and coordinating complex moving pieces, planning, and problem solving. Traits necessary for success include curiosity, creativity, quick learning, flexibility, and tenacity.

Work you ll do:

  • Manage project coordination and alignment across team, vendors, and stakeholders related to the development and implementation of successful e-Learning.

  • Lead status calls at the portfolio level to ensure clarity of progress, risks, and next steps.

  • Manage select eLearning projects from start to finish, operating as the stakeholder point of contact.

  • Communicate ideas and insights in person, virtually, and in writing with clarity, conviction, and concision, with tailoring appropriate to different audience needs and preferences.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to drive efficiencies and improve processes.

  • Operate with strong project management skills, including building and updating work-plans, knowing what to prioritize and why, who to keep informed and how often, and when to escalate.

  • Manage technical and set-up aspects of eLearning, such as testing, LMS integration, and CPE.

  • Analyze course evaluations and other measurements to make recommendations for future improvements.
