The Hertz Corporation Replacement Accounts Representative - Los Angeles, Downtown in Los Angeles, California
Perfect opportunity for an independent, outgoing, motivated professional, with avenues for growth within the company. The Account Representative program is a progressive business segment with opportunity to change and evolve. Our reps have the opportunity to “own” their account. Our positions are a unique mix of sales and admin and require a mix of skills. This position is loated in downtown, Los Angeles, CA.
Entry-level position with opportunities to grow.
Work with sales and operations to further the relationship with the insurance company.
Develop strong relationships within the insurance account.
Potentially conduct joint calls with claim center personnel to network body shops.
Provide insight to the local and national sales teams involving strategic initiatives that could further drive revenue and increase market share.
Assist with scheduling meetings with Claim Center Management and attend these meetings to provide additional account knowledge. This person will “own” the account.
Responsible for assisting the insurance company’s employees with any rental concerns which include assistance on extensions and receivable questions. This position must be willing to be the “point person” for adjusters and management through an interoffice support presence.
Ensure we are capturing all revenue opportunities (reservations) sent to Hertz. Will be in communication with local HLE branches and Hertz Replacement Desk as necessary.
Work a daily rental management workload, ensuring that rentals are extended appropriately, that the customer is aware of policy max date or final day, and that the rental is correctly managed from open to close.
Help drive reservation capture.
HIRMS workload. Meet completion and quality requirements.
Manage accounts receivable / billing for their account
Duties specific to account (if have access to claims system / diaries / etc)
Build strong relationship for Hertz within claims office
Ultimate goal is to yield positive revenue growth and increase market share
May require sales calls outside the claims office

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
College degree is preferred
