8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
3 years in a technical or functional leadership role
2 years University Budget Experience
Understanding of incentive-based budget models and budgeting philosophies; ability to support the project team in advising the Provost and CFO on how the university conducts budget operations, what incentives are used; understanding of data and dashboard requirements, staff training needs, to support distributed leaders in managing budgets.
Understanding of incentive-based budget models and RCM models in higher education.
Ability and experience working with faculty, and University leaders (CFO, Provost, President) to build consensus and create a vision for change.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint4)
