IBM Watson Health- Optimization Executive in Los Angeles, California
The Optimization Executive (OE) is a critical role working with new and existing iConnect Network accounts. This position is a blend of consulting, sales and account management. Working under minimal supervision, the OE must be able to build and maintain relationships with clients by establishing themselves as a trusted, knowledgeable resource on which iConnect Network customers can rely. The OE acts as a subject matter expert, workflow optimizer, customer advocate, adoption specialist and problem resolution facilitator for iConnect Network customers. The OE should be the reason that iConnect Network accounts continue to be committed to, and speak positively about their experience with IBM Watson Health.
Manage relationships with iConnect Network accounts and deliver top-notch service.
Follow-up with new clients to ensure that they have a full understanding on the use of the system to maximize transaction volumes.
Work with iConnect Network customers to optimize workflow, educate and promote adoption of the Network by iCN customers and their referring providers to maximize iCN transaction volumes.
Maintain regular emails, status calls and on-site visits with customers.
Work with clients to uncover all potential upsell/cross-selling opportunities.
Analyze customer's needs and recommend workflows and/or solutions that best meet customer's requirements.
Work closely with the iConnect Network Sales Team by acting as a subject matter expert to assist with closing opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel in each assigned account.
Develop and maintain strategic plans to ensure the company's contractual obligations are met, add-on sales opportunities are pursued and the customer’s long term business strategy is understood.
Respond to customer issues and management of escalations and critical deliverables.
Serve as a consultant to each assigned customer by understanding industry and product trends, the customer’s business activity and potential impact on each customer.
Maintain on-going contact with each account to monitor customer and competitor activity and identify potential sales opportunities and other issues which may require action.
Develop, maintain and leverage solid reference sites for products and services.
Provide timely, accurate forecasting to IBM Watson Health management, including but not limited to, status and adoption reports, monthly activity reports and problem/solution list.
Work with internal teams to assure account goals are met
Daily documentation of client activities in Salesforce.com
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3+ years of experience working in an imaging center or radiology group.
Thorough understanding of the image ordering, results delivery and prior authorization processes.
Familiarity with electronic medical records and interoperability strongly preferred.
Preferably 3+ years of experience working with customers, vendors, and leading cross functional teams in the healthcare technology environment or with major accounts.
Demonstrated ability to recognize gaps and formulate solution alternative with a consulting approach.
Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills.
Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple, diverse projects, and report back critical findings
A valid driver’s license and safe driving record is required.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience.
