Coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.

Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. Role Description:

Theobjective of the CMO Project Manager is to deliver strategic cloud solutions ina timely, scalable, predictable, secure manner decreasing cost and increasingflexibility to capitalize on new opportunities and hit aggressive businessrevenue targets.

Coordinateswork performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners related to cloudservice environment provisioning, upgrading, migrating, and eventuallydecommissioning of old environments. Projects often involve network, server, database, and applicationbuild phases.

Workis non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advancedtechnical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributorindividually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typicallyseven years of project management, product design or related experience needed.


Plan and deliver cloudservice projects consistently on-time and on-budget

Provide projectleadership through all phases of the project lifecycle

Effectively manageproject scope, timelines, budgets and customer expectations

Determine resourceneeds and communicate requests for personnel

Anticipate andproactively remediate project issues internally and with customers

Act as a point ofescalation for internal stakeholders related to your project when there are criticalissues impacting project delivery

Partner with CloudOperations to ensure successful transition from delivery to day-to-day operations

Strive toconsistently improve customer satisfaction, delivery times and service levelswhile reducing costs

Prepares internalstatus reports for Oracle management outlining key metrics

Contribute to anenvironment that is geared to innovation, high productivity, high quality andcustomer service

Candidate Attributes:

Bachelor s degree ina business or computer related field 3 years related experience in abest-in-class project management organization

Successfullycompleted multiple infrastructure and managed application deliveries

Must have a broad,strong technical knowledge which encompasses data center technologies includinghardware & design, LAN/WAN networking, database, platform and application

Skills in high-levelrelationship building are important. The candidate needs to be able to interactwith individuals from all levels of an organization from engineers toexecutives to deliver results within a matrix business environment

Comfortablediscussing technical concepts with business people and business concepts withtechnical people able to express complex concepts in plain language to reachbroader audiences

Strong communicatorand comfortable presenting both in public and online formats to business andtechnical executives

Strong leadershipcapabilities and strong interpersonal skills required

Ability to learnquickly and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, can-doattitude

ITIL and/or ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus

Related experiencefrom consulting services, product support, SaaS and cloud based environmentmanagement, data center environment management, or product development ispreferred

Previous experiencewith Oracle Retail applications and/or Software-as-a-Service solutions ispreferred

A good understandingof an implementation cycle is preferred

Strong verbal andwritten language skills will be well-utilized in this role, and efficientdecision-making ability is essential

Occasional travelmay be needed (less than 5%)

Primary worklocation is flexible within the U.S. based in an Oracle or home office.Preference towards city locations near where Oracle Retail has offices: Atlanta GA, Austin TX, Boston MA, Cleveland OH, Columbia MD, Minneapolis MN.
